Week 2

I tried quite a few new recipes this week...Shrimp cakes, cauliflower rice, zoodles, etc.  So far, I haven't made anything I didn't like...which surprises me.  I did "fall off" last Friday...I ate a whole frozen pizza by myself...had Portillos and Giordanos over the weekend.  But those were one meal.  And I'm not going to beat myself up over it.  If I want it, I'll eat it.  But I know I have to watch and try to not "want" it everyday.

I'm doing really well with breakfast.  I have eggs in some form pretty much every morning.  Along with some bacon and a mini bagel.  It's lunches that I'm struggling with.  I usually skipped lunch in the past or got fast food...so I'm having some trouble finding something I like to eat.
